Service Level Agreement

Subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement (the “MSA”) between the Parties to which this Service Level Agreement is attached, TD Web Services will provide Customer with a level of service consistent with the principles expressed in this Service Level Agreement.
To the extent that TD Web Services does not provide the Services at the levels set forth in this Service Level Agreement, and Customer is in compliance with all terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement, TD Web Services will credit Customer’s account in an amount as provided in this SLA, reflecting percentages of the monthly fees Customer pays to TD Web Services for the affected Services (each an “SLA Credit”).

MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT

This legally binding Master Services Agreement is by and between Ti Dimensie AG, a Liechtenstein based limited liability company providing services on a “As-Is Basis” under the name “TD Web Services” hereinafter and elsewhere known as (“TD Web Services”), and the Customer purchasing the agreed upon services hereinafter known as (“Customer”) and is effective as of the date Customer purchases Services from TD Web Services.

By purchasing the Services, Customer agrees that Customer has read, understands, acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

TDAG Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the information that Ti Dimensie AG a Liechtenstein based limited liability company providing services on a “As-Is Basis” under the name “TD Web Services” hereinafter and elsewhere known as (“TD Web Services”), collects through tdwebservices.com and other websites, online features, applications and widgets owned or controlled by TD Web Services and that post a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy only covers information collected at the Site and does not cover any information collected offline by TD Web Services (unless specifically stated otherwise) and does not apply to the services we provide to clients.

TDAG DMCA Notice Policy

Subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement (the “MSA”) between the Parties and the Ti Dimensie AG services provided under any of it’s Brand TD Web Services Acceptable Use Policy which binds the Customer with respect to the intellectual property of others.
TD Web Services, respects the intellectual property of others and we ask our Customers and their sub-customers to do the same. TD Web Services may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of Customers who may be repeat infringers.

TD Web Services Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”)

“Black Listing” occurs when a Third Party service (e.g. Spamhaus) determines, in its discretion, that a TD Web Services issued IP address is a frequent source of unsolicited E-mail. Black Listing result in the IP address (or multiple IP addresses in the same IP range) being rendered unable to send E-mail to certain Third Parties. If an IP address assigned or used by Customer or any Customer End User is found to be Black Listed, TD Web Services may suspend or terminate the Services immediately, and without obligation to refund, without prior notice.
